Hot Shell Tensile Tester

Hot Shell Tensile Tester – VHTD

1.1 General Information

The Hot Shell Tensile Tester is equipped with a loading mechanism, heating mechanism, and sensing mechanism. These are controlled by a microcontroller or PLC and displayed via LCD. By default, it measures Hot Tensile Strength.

With additional attachments, it can also measure:

  • Cold Tensile Strength (Refer 4.2.1)

1.2 General Usage

Designed as a complete unit where forming, curing, and breaking of the specimen are performed in the same position. Fill sand in the jaw cavity → Press START → After curing, the equipment displays Hot Tensile Strength automatically.
