Construction

The loading frame includes a central hydraulic cylinder and two main screws. A crosshead moves with chain transmission & geared motor. A precision piston-cylinder assembly ensures smooth force transfer.

Hydraulic System

Radial plunger pump delivers non-pulsating flow up to 210 bar. Includes filter, breather, indicator & precision flow control valve for infinitely variable piston speeds.

Electrical System

Separate electrical panel with interlocks preventing simultaneous motor operation. Limit switches protect against over-stroke.
